You would not picture me wearing suspenders, horn-rimmed glasses, and a green plastic visor hiding behind a tower of papers and an old-timey calculator in a cubicle. I do not go home to a house full of kittens, lace doilies, and old copies of the TV Guide. No judgment, it’s just not me. I’m personable, theatrical, and the go-to person for coordinating events and activities. It’s that combination of working well with others and organization that creates a perfect blend for my approach to bookkeeping.
I am the Owner/Operator of Boulder Mountain Bookkeeping and a certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor. I collaborate with companies and use proven systems and software to organize and automate their finances to increase efficiency, productivity and income. We track this with customized and comprehensive reports at regular intervals throughout the year to analyze the data and startegize for future. I started Boulder Mountain Bookkeeping in January of 2021 to take charge of my financial future by helping other small businesses do the same.
As a bookkeeping professional I am responsible for assembling, examining, and reporting financial information to my clients. Since this requires a lot of focus, attention to detail, and punctuality I took the initiative to utilize software and accounting programs to create a seamless workflow that is customized for each individual business. This methodized approach keeps everything running in a timely fashion and has us well prepared for taxes, loan applications, etc. I recently applied these practices to the online booking and invoicing for a vacation resort and helped increase that annual revenue by 30%.
